Change the front plate of the NAP250-2?

Posted by: toriamos on 16 July 2018

Im looking to buy a NAP250-2, and have found one. Only problem is a notch at the edge of the front plate.

Is it possible to change the front plate for a new one?

Yes it is possible, your dealer can advise on cost.

Just be aware that it's a fairly costly part, so you may well decide it's worth living with any minor cosmetic flaw - particularly if the price is right.

Dealer told me today, new frontplate is about €470

Not as many buttons AS the 282, I guess

These prices all sounds like an option for insurance company purposes only.

Surely someone who was bothered by the marks on a piece of equipment would be MUCH better off looking for a perfect one in the first place.

Personally any money saving on buying marked equipment is offset by the niggles of knowing it's marked ... Every time you use it...and the reduction of market and low price achived when you sell it on
