I have a 2003 NAP 250 in the latest housing. It's got a little beat up as it was used in a studio for a number of years powering some Harbeth Monitors. I emailed enquiring about purchasing a new outer case and received the following:
Thank you for your email – unfortunately this is something that we can no longer change or send out as we do not stock the outer casing for these products anymore.
Kind Regards
Flynn Charter
Confused by this response I emailed back a picture of the unit and asked if he was sure as Naim clearly still makes the 250 in the same case. I have had no response. Does anyone know if the DR configuration of the housing ?

Is it a current style case? i.e. not one of the last olive fascia NAP250s, which Naim could still supply to order around 2003.
If it's an olive fascia NAP250 then replacement sleeves are no longer available. You might though be able to get a car paint works to see whether it can be re-powder coated or otherwise re-painted.

Hi Richard, I've met you at Naim on a number of occasions! Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure you'll remember this but it's the new black case work on one of the very few Pro's 250's Naim built for me at the BBC. It was given back to me by the BBC when they closed the studios at TV Center.

Hi Neill, yes I remember. I'm not based at the factory any more but will find out whether the case of the NAP250 Pro is different in any way (it's usually down to the bolt holes underneath). It may be that whoever you spoke with saw that the NAP250 Pro is essentially discontinued (it was a special order item anyway) without realising that it (hopefully) shared a sleeve with the existing regular NAP250.
p.s. I have emailed you.
