naim please read this: my uniti atom keeps falling out when playing internetradio, it has done this before when playing radio on wifi (radio denmark P4 128 kps) but ive re-attached the wire an it is now on a rock solid fiber-connection 200-200, and now the atom really likes to fall out again, what the fu.. is it with this 2800 € piece of trash, it has been stabil for 2 months until 4 days ago ( no power fall out. no fiddling from my side. latest software) i can call my dealer and then he can wait for a fall out for the next 30 days or so, or perhaps nothing will be wrong. so naim what are we going to do about it, it has great sound, but if it is not working then it really doesnt matter.

Claus, Naim do not necessarily read the huge number of posts. I would contact naim at support@naimaudio.com. I would also raise it with your dealer, if it needs replacing  Naim will be swapping the unit with your dealer.

There are Naim employees that read these threads occasionally there was a recent thread called Naim Support and if you look at that there is a post from a Naim employee though I cannot remember his name Matt maybe anyway perhaps you could message him.

It sounds like the issue is with one radio station, maybe that's the problem and not the Atom... Pretty hard for for Naim to fix a problem with a dodgy radio stream.

Claus, does this happen with just one station or all stations? Most of these kind of issues are usually internet or local network related.  It's often difficult to diagnose without having a full idea of all associated network equipment being used and how.  Have this ready at hand and then contact Naim support.

A good idea to involve your dealer as they can probably ascertain whether, all else being fine and optimised, it is actually the Atom that has a fault.

Hej Claus, undskyld at laese ud af dit problem,  I'm not sure what you mean in you post,  are you saying the Naim iRadio connection drops out but its been OK for 2 months ???      

If you are loosing an iRadio station every 2 months,  I don't have a problem with that,  a station can go off periodically,  I believe stations deliberately go off for some reason or other & thats normal.   It might be a specific station or it might be something in vTuner, Naim's iRadio service provider - the whole of the Naim's Choice browsing tree was off this morning for a while.

If all of the Naim iRadio service is going off, thats another story.  When you get the drop out do you try another station ? & is that OK or has the whole of iRadio gone off.  When it goes off what do you do to get in back again.   Is the iRadio browsing tree showing on the Naim app - & which app are you using, iOS or Android.

i use the atom by the buttons, remote, and ios ( differnt ipad's/ iphone's) and the issue  is on all iradio stations, i had the same problem month's ago when it was wifi only ( 3 meters away from router) and then i hardwired it (again), and it was ok for 2 month's (wired) and suddenly it start's to have those dropout's again,. 

in settings it is config to allways on, etc etc.

Hej Claus,  you haven't answered the questions.      (1)  When you get the drop out do you try another station ?  & is that OK or has the whole of iRadio gone off.      (2)  When it goes off what do you do to get in back again.     (3)   Is the full complete iRadio browsing tree showing on the Naim app
