552 leds will not turn off

Hi I have returned from holiday and powered up my system .... everything is great apart from. The 552 leds are not switching off ... using remote.....the nds remote used to work it.... can anybody help....

I’m not familiar with the 552 remote but does it have separate device buttons in which case try pressing the “pre” button and then the display button.

Try power cycling. Then allow time for the pre to come out of mute. then toggle DISP in Pre mode on the Narcom remote.
