No access iRadio
Posted by: sedilo on 23 September 2018
Hello,
I dont have access to iradio.
I restarted Muso. When I select one of my favorite radios, it does not work anymore. And when I click on all available radios, it goes around in circles.
Thank you in advance.
It working for me in UK. Radio Paradise, Naim Radio, all the local BBC's, I went into Locations>France & tried a few & all worked OK. I think you will find this is something that happens with all the web radio services, it will be back again & maybe back again as I write this.
the web radio service for Muso is down ?
Is it only web radio that doesn’t work? What about other web sources?
Have you tried restarting your router, then your Muso?
I have just web iRadio (no spotify, no tidal).
Yes i have restart my box and muso.
What colour is the network access light on the muso showing? It should be a steady white.
Also I assume that you can connect to the muso with the app? Can you change inputs for example? Or turn the muso onto standby from the app?

The colour is white.
I can connect to the muso with my app and with my remote control. I can change input. I can use with usb but not with iRadio.
I can turn on/off my muso with my app and with my remote control.
I have been experiencing loss of iRadio stations on a Qb. Visually all appears to be ok on the Qb itself and in the Naim app and the stream appears to be in play but there is no audio coming from the Qb. It seems to happen most often after using a source other than iRadio on the previous use of the Qb. On the app sometimes toggling between stop/reconnect stream brings the audio back, other times not. Turning the power off and back on sets the dial lights spinning, and after a while iRadio audio comes back, but sometimes not. Then it is a matter of a reset via the little pin hole on the back, setting up the Qb again, reentering favourite stations. This can happen two or three times a week, frustrating. The Qb is connected via wifi, it maybe a network thing. I have one of the newer Naim streamers which is ethernet connected and I don't have a problem with that.
Yes I think @sedilo that you too will have to try the factory reset suggested by cycling66. You will have to set up your wifi connection again afterwards.

I made a reset. And now, it's ok.
Very good sound but really not stable system. This is already the fifth time that I do a reset : 4 times for the USB and now for radios. The incovenient to make a reset : it is that we lose the favorite stations.
Is it possible to save your favorite stations to restore them when you reset ?
Thank you.
No I don't believe so, but I am glad it works ok again. I think it is more stable with a wired ethernet connection than with wifi.

ok thank you.
