problem with Naim Uniti Nova and spotify

Hello.
My Uniti Nova is in version 2.6.1.9794.
There is no update with the software menu.
But for 2 days, I can't connect with Spotify Connect protocol.
Any idea?

I have the same issue with my Atom. I was listening to Spotify yesterday - cannot connect via Spotify Connect today. I can, however, use Spotify via Chromecast.
I did notice that both Naim and Spotify recently updated their apps in iOS. Maybe it's an issue with the apps?
After the Naim app update today Spotify Connect doesn't work anymore ....
Hopefully somebody from Naim is reading this ...
Additionally : it don't work from the ios app, nor from the spotify windows software
nor from the Mac OSX App...

Same problem here (Uniti Atom with last firmware)
Impossible to stream Spotify with the Spotify Connect protocol (from IOS, Android and Mac OS X...)
I have try:
- To switch from wired to wireless connection
- To reboot my router / modem
- To reboot my Uniti Atom
- To reboot all my devices (IOS, Android and Mac OS X devices)
- To delete and download again the Spotify app (on IOS devices)
- To factory reset my Uniti Atom
=> Still impossible to stream Spotify with Spotify Connect
The issue was present before the Naim app update.

So...is this a Naim problem or a Spotify problem..? I can access Spotify via the app on the Muso qb but not on the Nova..Spotify via airplay works on the Nova!
same for the I pad and I phone app...can’t even go to Spotify via the Naim remote..Nova still refuses to talk to Spotify.
any one have further ideas / suggestions?

As far as I can see this is isolatie for me to spotify connect on the uniti atom. Muso qb works fine, AirPlay and chromecast work also.
I have the same problem. And my brother alsoe. How does this forum works? Do the people that works at Naim read and response to the topics? They better hurry up!
People at Naim do not routinely read & respond to the 'chat' on the forum, if you have a technical problem, 1st call is your dealer, if that does not solve it, 2nd call is to Naim Support, Uniti specific is uniti-support@naimaudio.com

We continue to investigate to determine the root cause here, and are working with Spotify as a top priority.
The recent app releases are not related as Spotify Connect operates independently of the app. The timing is an unfortunate coincidence.

Same problem here with Spotify connect and Uniti Star. Chromecast works.
Just do a Tidal free trial, hopefully by the time it runs out, they'll have fixed the problem!
I'm having the same issue - was driving me mad. I was thinking it was a wifi issue. Adding myself to the thread so when it's fixed, I'll be notified.
Add another nova to the list spotify connect not working. ;-(

Same here, my 2 weeks old Uniti Star now refusing to connect to Spotify....it was all good till last weekend...now I can not connect what ever I try....
Bought a Uniti Nova last Saturday, had two days of enjoyable listening to Spotify, then nothing. Thankfully Spotify is still working fine on my Muso.

So you could probably use Multiroom to send it to the Nova for now.
On the Naim App, is everyone having the same issue as I'm seeing, where its showing the device as Spotify Connect, and there is no option to 'Forget This Device'
