Any more reports on these?
i have a listening area of 14ft x 10ft. Speakers back to glass.
The 10ft side actually extends 40ft to one side, but the left speaker is next to an alcove that hosts the naim stack.
Listening at low volumes is a must - the room can’t handle high volumes (treble).
I don’t want excessive bass - but I don’t want to under speaker either - these are probably the last speakers in this lifetime..
Thoughts?
i don’t have the time to carch a flight to demo the speakers - not the time to do a home demo...
ive run the super 20s several years now - and have heard the 88s. The 88s were not set up too well (or not broken in yet) and sounded a little too meaty. I’m looking for room filling bass - but like a lean sound...

Morning - I have heard them all at Cymbiosis i love the new Titan range, from T808 to the new T505
I would certainly consider the T606 over the T707 to be honest, the T606 have a real sweet spot and if you liked those 20A sound signiture you will love the T606, I found them reaviling and foused certainly NO excessive bass, overall great speaker and the control your 500 would be a lovely combo

To spend that much money blind I would wait until you can hear them all as why rush to find a speaker that you mention will need to last you a lifetime?
I have T707’s which works best for me for what I want from a speaker but looking at your listening room size I would start with the T505’s it’s a really impressive speaker and hits well above its size.

I agree with the view that you should indeed take time to hear the differences, after all it’s part of the fun!
Nevertheless, given your room size and your requirements, I suspect you may find that the 606’s could be the perfect match. I had S20’s like you and had fully expected to buy a pair of 707’s before comparing them with 606’s at Cymbiosis, at that stage using 552/300DR. But, as Antony says, there’s something beguiling about the 606’s and that just did it for me.
My listening room is similar in size to yours and they slotted in just where the old S20’s had been and sounded wonderful from the first few seconds. As I’ve posted before, these are the end-game speakers for me and have only gotten better with hours of playtime and the addition of a 500DR. They like a bit of ChordMusic, too...but what doesn’t.
