sonictransporter with better power supply for roon

...what do you think? does it make sense to run an sonictransporter i5 with better -means linear psu- for roon? the standard psu is a cheap small, black box (standard) with a 12V connector!

thx! Ralf

If your direct connecting the sonic transporter  to the DAC then it might help, if not your likely wasting your money. Spend it one something more worth while.

Trying to understand your request because I’ve been somewhat interested in buying a Sonic Transporter.

Are you asking if the audio from the Sonic Transporter would be improved by buying a linear power supply for it?

Echolane, right....I was asking if this dedicated PsU would make sense here SQ wise. The sonictransporter is a pretty nice box! I‘m running the i5 which does it for me (no DSP etc.), the nucleus/roon is too expensive for me....
