New Muso Qb

Just bought new Qb, lights around volume work and can be dimmed, but base light not working at all. I left  Naim a couple of years ago due to problems with their products and it seems as if things are the same, or am I missing something? Thanks

Kermit, most unfortunate, but I guess things can sometimes go wrong.  Best get in touch with your retailer.  I'm sure they will sort things out for you.

Dealer time! Check settings though, as base light can be controlled from app. Have you turned it off?!
