Do you have a list?

This has been my most played for the last couple of years.

That should of been the most played from the day it came out.

I picked it up from down stairs at Record corner in Ashford.Kent.

Definitely my favourite too.  Are you playing the CD, SACD, Vinyl or Hi-res download?

Empty Sky is my favourite album by Reg - especially the track Lady Samantha. When I thought he'd gone way past his sell by date, he came storming back with tracks like I'm Still Standing. I'd go along with Madman and Tumbleweed being his strongest albums, but I still like his debut best of all.

Tumble Weed is his best IMO.

Anybody called Reg from Pinner doing such a great job on Americana songs must be the winner in this poll.

Madman.. was OK.

for a minute I thought this was going to be a post about ELTON Dean - you know, the sax player from Long JOHN Baldry's group who Reg made his name from.....

anyhow, Elton at his best?  Soft Machine 3 I'd say.......

Elton was a great sax man - and Soft Machine's Third is quite superb. I remember Elton at the rock proms playing a wonderful improvisation called Eamon Andrews.

The period from 1970 to 1973:-

Elton John

Tumbleweed Connection

Madman Across the Water

Honky Chateau

Don't Shoot Me I'm Only The Piano Player

Goodbye Yellow Brick Road

Six superb albums in three years, Reg was certainly prolific.
