This does not happen a lot but this album has done it.
Its out on vinyl and cd on the 26th.

Well
I hope it is a great album, he's an excellent guitarist but has gone a bit commercial and very samey lately on studio recordings, always a danger when they achieve recognition artists forget what got them their in the first place. Joe is playing without the soul he once had trying to please the powers that be.
I really hope this one hits the spot and he gets back to his best.
Sometimes an album comes along that just blows me away...
I'll anchor my hanglider down now then
Tony
You think it is impossible for the best band in the land to make an album that is even better than their last few and then they do
How do you give an album 6 stars in iTunes?
Guy,
Any news on the vinyl?
I have not hear back from Geoff, might give him a call tomorrow.
Stu
Delayed I'm afraid, but Geoff will sort it - he always does
Just get hold of this it is fantastic and as good as anything they have done and that is saying something when only Shirley Collins and the Beatles can really claim to have as stronger catalogue - OK maybe the Kinks too.
Nigel just says everything so well - it sums up what I'm thinking in a few lines. Lyrically nobody has ever been as consistently brilliant and he still turns out gems like this
I saw posters all around town
Fun day in the park, bring the family down
Bric-a-brac, puppet show, fire engine, steam train
Face painting, mask making, falconry, tombola,
Climbing wall, cake stall, hook-a-duck, candy floss, balloons
Punch and Judy, Shetland ponies, hot dog, beat the goalie
Soft play area with free bananas
Iguana Andy and his iguanas
Jousting, hoopla, ghost train, pedal cars
Quad bikes, stunt kites, sundries and much much more
For further enquiries ring this number
I rang it and asked about the much much more
I was greeted with awkward silence
They had lied to me
They had lied to me on their posters
All the best, Guy
Cheers for that.
Will ring him .Still trying to get Nigel to play down here.
