I will certainly miss them, my first exposure the excellent "Document" album in 1987 incl. The One I Love.

They were, as many say mixed in the later years but another highlight has to be "New Adventures in Hi-Fi"

(1996). I did not care for the "Out of Time" (Shiny Happy People) phase and it is such a shame the final album was awful.

Have to admit I couldn't stop playing Murmur and Reckoning while at school. Many hours spent in the dark room finishing a photo project listening to these. And then my interest waned after that although I did quite enjoy Green.

Sad they have split.But I am sure they will still be making music with other people.

Think all the 80's IRS albums are superb.Especially Lifes Rich Pageant and Murmer.
