Is Formula 1 Broadcast on Radio In Europe?

Lost my F1 TV broadcasts when I purged most of my cable tiers. I've been following since on ESPN F1 lap summaries. The thought occurred to me that the races might be broadcast on radio in the UK or on the continent and that I could then pick up those broadcasts on my UnitiQute. Are the races broadcast on radio? BBC or ?
