HDX radio software upgrade.

Help!

I've been searching for the recently announced software upgrade to add iradio to my HDX, with no luck so far.

I seem to remember that it involved downloading the upgrade, burning it to a CD, and using that to add iradio, but the search engine isn't finding it for me.

I know, it's me really, but I'm guessing one of you chaps out there can probably point me in the right direction to the required link, rather than me spend any more time going round in endless circles using the search facility!

Cheers,

Dave.

Go to the Naim web site, then to HDX, then look in the manuals and downloads section.

Cheers, Jan,

Thanks for the help, sadly, the iradio upgrade isn't listed amongst those available.

I recall seeing a link to the required upgrade appearing on the forum, but the search facility has so far failed to find it...................Hoopla.............Grrr!

I've emailed Naim support for info, so no doubt will receive an answer in the morning, no worries, as tonight I'll be watching the Champions League footy!

Again, thanks for your reply,

Dave.

Hi Dave,

You right, it's not listed separately. The iRadio upgrade is part of the "HDX Software Download: Version 1.6 Update", which is the first link under "Software Downloads".

Inside the downloaded ZIP file, you'll find a set of instructions for the update process (well explained) and an ISO image file that you will need to burn to a CD using image burning software such as the ImgBurn application (don't just copy to a CD, it won't work).

Otherwise, enjoy the match !
