When is a group not "the" group?

Just looking at a e-flyer from RAH included is 10 CC , so far so good, but only Graham Gouldman now remains from the originals , should he trade as 2 1/2CC ?

The W(ho)  and various Wishbone Ashes , does it put you off or should the music transcend deaths or bitter rankles or musical differences?

Robert Fripp and King Crimson

What about Renaissance - none of the members

And what about the Sensational Alex Harvey Band without Alex Harvey

2.5 CC seems like a great band

It's just a sensational band then?

I agree some bands can continue others they still carry on.

I've seen and enjoyed some of these bands, maybe compromised maybe not.

I bet it rocks.

As they were all brilliant at what they did/do.

Who sings on it?

Or is it a Carry outy oaky album?

I saw Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash supporting Argent a little while ago. The two guitarists and drummer were very proficient, but it was very much like a tribute band with Turner guesting - however, the other side to that is - if he wrote the tunes and sang them in the original band, why shouldn't he go out and do them?
