You should be able to pick a couple up.

That's what becomes of being a tight arse, and not joining his "fan" club" *. As if £82.50 + postage wasn't enough.
* Only another £30 to the already expensive (IMO) ticket prices.
At least PT gave you a CD with their membership.

Last night of the proms
Lontano,
Looking at your gig list, I thought I'd add some of mine to the thread, albeit slightly belatedly.
Saw KC & JH last night at the Norwich Arts Centre - excellent (and sold out).
Diamond Mine in its entirety and a great rendition of Simon & Garfunkel's Only Living Boy in New York to finish. You should enjoy the Brighton gig.
And looking forward to seeing Steve Hackett later in the month at the UEA, Norwich. Should be good - he normally is. You can't beat a bit of Firth of Fifth!!!
Enjoy them both
Tony
Lambchop at Manchester Cathedral!

Tony - thanks for the encouraging update. I am looking forward to it, especially as it is on a Saturday, so a little music shopping, fine dining and a show.
I always enjoy Hackett and with his superb current band, including Nick Beggs in a small venue, it is a super night out.
Cheers
Ryan Adams - 23rd Apr.
Bruce Springsteen Hyde Park.
Unfortunately, I can't see much else on the horizon that gets me anywhere near excited.
(Apart from Sunday's Superbowl!)

Not wanting to disappoint, I don't believe that Nick Beggs is playing with Steve Hackett on this tour (his website lists Lee Pomeroy instead). Saw Nick play on two previous occasions and his Chapman Stick solo was one of the highlights for me - about time to start a thread about this intriguing instrument me thinks.
Enjoy all the same.
Tony
That's a shame but it will still be brilliant - well looks like Kim Wilde and Steven Wilson take priority. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how this Lee Pomeroy chap compares. Now will they keep Shadow of the Hierophant in the setlist?
Kim Wilde? The "Kids in America" Kim Wilde? There's a blast from the past!
Also seeing Elvis Costello in Vancouver.

That's the one. I think she still does pretty well in continental Europe
Well, mazzy star are playing a one off gig at the shepards bush empire 3rd June, really can't wait!!
Rumor has it that Roger Waters will bring The Wall back to Boston in July, at Fenway Park, our baseball stadium that is celebrating its 100th year this year. Fenway has a very unique wall of it's own -- a 37 foot high wall in left field nicknamed "the Green Monster." Summer rock concerts returned to Fenway Park a few years ago, and they have been doing one each summer. Although I've seen this show a couple of times already, seeing it outside at this venue would be a treat.
THE WORD MAGAZINE PRESENTS: Eliza Carthy + Emily Barker & The Red Clay Halo - 27 Feb @ The Lexington, Pentonville Road
Went Ronnie Scott's last night and saw Mario Biondi.
Incredible night, great venue, good food and excellent wine.
Mario and his band were fantastic. Will definitely go back.
Bela Fleck and the Flecktones,Celtic connections, Glasgow royal concert hall, original line-up for the first half, introduced a group of celtic musicians to augment the band for the second half, a fine night.

Jim
