Connection issue

Is there anyone who could help with the following problem.

When I log onto the Internet with my bt homehub connection the Internet is fine with excellent signal
Strength however when I switch to the musicnet log in for the ndx then the signal strength changes to fair and I am
Unable to access the Internet and play my ndx
.

Does anyone have any advice on how to sort this?

Is the NDX using wired or wireless connection to your hub?

 

I've flagged this up for Tech support but may have to wait until Monday to get a response.

Thank you for your reply The ndx is using a wired connection to the hub. I can play the ndx when I use the naim remote however I am no longer able to control the ndx with my ipad2. Regards

Hello I have now managed to get the ipad2 working to control the ndx to play my music files. I have only one problem now the Internet radio Does not work on the ndx. Does anyone have any suggestions to help. Thanks
