Userve Playback Problem

Hello and Merry Xmas to eveyone here!

My Userve SSD is having a problem during playback, it suddenly stops in the middle of a track, even the playlist is gone.  It happened a few times for the past 2 days, it seems like all the files in the "Music Store" are dissapeared and need to wait for a few mins or even reset the unit to get it back to normal.

As I am not too familiar with IT stuffs, would it the problem of my network router or the Userve itself?
