More vinyl and looking forward to the release of the new L&M album (which will be featured in the bands 3 scotland gigs in May).
Paul McCreesh' pioneering recording of St-Matthew Passion performed with the bare minimum number of musicians. It tells its story vividly, but of course some of the scale and atmosphere is lost.

Fantastic Album on white vinyl
My 2nd, later, copy on Vinyl. Not sure if there's any difference in sound quality, but the music brings a smile every time. Satire & music collide

Hi Stu,
Never saw The Tubes, only Prarie Prince playing with Todd on his last few tours. I first heard TCBP on cassette during my first ever cricket tour (Western-Supermare) in 83, I think. It belonged to a Rugby reporter from 'The Independent'. He wasn't much of a cricketer, but was a good 'Tourist' and told very good stories 
On its first play this year.
