What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol.VIII)

With 2012 almost upon us, it's time to start a fresh thread.  I've gone back to an earlier thread title because often the "why" is the most interesting part of the post.

Not played for a while...

Check out the reviews on Amazon. If you like good music, you might be persuaded to buy this last 'live' performance.

This track ('The Farm') comes from the Rainer album 'Live At The Performance Center' released posthumously in 2001 on the Glitterhouse label.

OK Go, "This Too Shall Pass" (Marching Band video) via Mac Mini (iTunes, BitPerfect) to nDAC/555PS, volume at 11:00. Good cure for anxiety and the blues.  I know it is a video, but it sounds awesome.  Downloaded it from iTunes.
