What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol.VIII)

With 2012 almost upon us, it's time to start a fresh thread.  I've gone back to an earlier thread title because often the "why" is the most interesting part of the post.

This thick Ltd edition double vinyl album came in todays post.

Its two of the best pressings of a new vinyl album i have heard in a very long while.

Its also full of the most beautiful music i have heard in a long time.

It comes with the download.

Its the best £12  i have spent this year.

Order from there own site inc free post in the UK.

IMO Even you die hard classical and Jazz music lovers on here might like this.

Stu.

I've just been out for a drive and a loud dose of Foxtrot helped speed up the journey. What fab music....

Can't get enough of this J.N. recommendation at the moment.

Not a top drawer recording, but the content far outweighs any concerns there.

Not up there with my favourite JM discs. I prefer Lonesome, Scarecrow and Big Daddy along with the very hard to pick up Live Rehearsals.
