What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol.VIII)

With 2012 almost upon us, it's time to start a fresh thread.  I've gone back to an earlier thread title because often the "why" is the most interesting part of the post.

I really liked his first album. This is my first listen & it's not grabbing me as much as the last one. Still a great  effort from this D&B youngster.

Cheers

Recorded in 2008, C.W. Stoneking, a young Australian, doing amazing dixieland jazz that sounds like it was recorded in the twenties. Strange but compelling. A hoot!

The best Rush album in a long while. The only problem with it is that after two tracks you're ears begin to bleed.
