Memories of New Year's Eves in Gosforth in the mid-80s. Great parties, great friends and an introduction to this guy's music. Am pretty sure I won't be going into any pubs tonight dressed as a pirate ship though.

I have seen/heard that track blow so many pairs of speakers over the years.

Be careful with that volume control. 
Just followed it up with some of this. The kids from next door have just been round to find out what that "Bangin Toon" was.....
their words not mine....
Volume well up tonight as the whole road is out.
I just wish i had active DBLs?
The active SL2s will have to do until next year.
Now this, Fac Dance
Factory Records 12" Mixes & Rarities 1980-1987 on double black stuff.

Does one need a reason to listen to this classic LOUD other than every one within a half mile from me is out tonight.
To offset the dropping temperatures.
Because its a christmas pressy , been patiently waiting to get my HDX back in use.
Worth it.
Brilliant. I reckon Verve are by far the best for authentic jazz recordings.
Why not?
Having to play the best LIVE BAND IN THE WORLD EVER to see the New Year In.
