Anyone got the NDX upgrade kit in your country ?

I still not get notification for the NDX upgrade kit.

I don't think Naim has a notification system for these optional upgrades. Every owner seems responsible to follow the available upgrades himself/herself.

We have received upgrade kits in Canada. And it is the role of our dealers to contact owners. Things maybe different in other countries.
Contact your dealer.

I concur with Manu; contact your dealer. Here in England my dealer contacted me via email to inform me my upgrade had arrived... Great service from my dealer, nicely compliments the Naim brand....

In France, my dealer has no information concerning the upgrade from the french distributor. This is disastrous for the image of Naim ! Paris and Manchester are at the same distance from Salisbury !

My dealer knows about it, but can't tell me exactly when they will show up.He said that Naim will first sort all issues that may arise in the UK before shipping any kits to foreign countries. Seems like a good idea to me. Still it's hard to wait...

I haven't heard of any issues..... 30 minute upgrade process and my NDX has been rock solid ever since.. Why not write to Naim directly?

Yes, no big deal to do the upgrade.
After having done a few upgrades on Qute, Uniti and NDX, we have already authorized some dealers to do upgrades by themselves. Naim instructions included in kits are good.

So the upgrade boards can be ordered in Germany. SO they should show up shortly at my dealer. They have ordered some for themselves and clients.
Anybody here care to share his experience regarding the sound change after the upgrade?
