What is your NDX "Streamer Version" & "BC SW" after upgrade the Streaming broad?

My one as below..........
Before
Streamer Version: 3.09.1
BC SW: 11891
After
Streamer Version: 3.09.1
BC SW: 11883
My concern is why the BC SW is older than before 
I already ran again the streaming update program, the result is same, any issue on this ?
