West German Wall

Just bagged a 1985 Harvest black label 'The Wall' and if it's as good as my similar WYWH and the reports I've read, then it should be a cracker.
I've always found the 1994 'remaster' ok but a shade 'glassy' and slightly restricted in dynamics.

And here was I imagining the destruction of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of Communism in (most of) Eastern Europe. Still, we all have our own priorities!

Thats easy then.
You will /should like it shed loads more than the 90's CD pressing's.
I have the original UK Fatboy and German Fatboy. Both were the best until the Discovery remaster came out last year.

Arrived yesterday. 'Shed loads better' is an understatement! So much more textured, dynamic and 'natural' sounding. Knocks the 90's remaster into a cocked-hat. G

Graeme,
Knew you would like it.
Did the CD's come in a Fatboy case?
