It's a long story but I was given the 8 LP Mono Dylan box set of his first 8 LPs and excellent they are and I am delighted!
One small issue is that "Another side of Bob Dylan" contains another copy of "John Wesley Harding" and I am not in a position to return the box set for a replacement.
I have been trawling the net but cannot determine if I can buy a single LP from the same series / pressing as the 8 LP box set.
There are other Mono releases and I have some of these already but I would like the same as the box set as they are so good.
Anybody know?

I think you will find its a box set only release on mono.
You could ask PB's friend to have a look for you in AMOEBA when he is in the usa later this month?

It could be that The Music On Vinyl releases are the same as it appears so reading their web site.

This box set calls out to me on a regular bass.....
The best price I have come across is amazon at £175 and very tempted it is but its still a lot of money...... May just opt for the cd's as I cant see the price ever dropping much beyond the current £175.
Any thoughts welcome?

I have seen the box set for less than £175 so when you consider the quality and that it is for 8 LPs, one of which is a double, it is not too bad if one has the spare cash.

That's true Richard, it works out c£20 each, it's just the outlay of buying them all at once puts me off......
Can I ask where you saw them cheaper?
