My nVi won't come out of standby

As per title, the power up progress bar gets to about 90% and then it goes back into standby. Have searched the forum and there is some mention of doing a hard reset but can't find how to do it.
I have tried unplugging and leaving for a while but no joy. It went back for a new display not so long ago, so I would assume the firmware is pretty up to date
Any ideas or do I have to wait for a call to Salisbury on Monday?

John,

I would have said "update the firmware", but, as you say, I'd imagine it would have been updated at the factory when it went back. I've flagged this for tech support input.

Thanks Richard - I've emailed the factory today also
