Huh? Sounds broken without it? Or is there some joke I'm not getting, Stu? I will agree that all of Fred's records are beautifully recorded and rank among my favourites in that style of jazz. Great music, sounding great through the S600s (and not a DC1 in sight).

I have a DC1 on my Mac now to Naim Dac and running from another box.

Fred's album was sounding the best it has ever done in my room.

Would love a vinyl copy?But that is never going to happen.

Big thanks to both of you for the very kind words and continued support, much appreciated!

As I've mentioned before, my albums always sound their best in Ken Christianson's sonic lair ... close your eyes and you can reach out and touch the instruments right in front of you.
