Again, I wish I liked this enough to buy it. It looks fantastic.

Hi Eoin, no it wasn't but I expected as much from such a brand new release on day one. I did my usual which, was to stick it into my Zoneripper that (usually) automatically does everything that is needed (using DbPoweramp as the default) it spat the CD out. So I ripped the album on the Mac using the DbPoweramp app. It's a rather painstaking process. If you are in no rush then it might be worth your while waiting a few days or perhaps a week until the 'global' database has been updated with this new album and that will save a lot of faff, I might do the same myself i.e. wait to rip the last 4 albums until the 'big' database has been updated. From what I've listened to so  far it's well worth the wait.

Thanks Steve, I’m away in the Smoke for a week from Monday, so may keep patient and rip it when I get back.

Good luck in the smoke, Eoin. I should have added that sometimes with albums and compilations that are less mainstream it can take quite a while for it to hit the 'big database' i.e longer than a week. However the opposite is true with Billy F. Gibbons brand new album that arrived this morning and was ripped instantly. Someone on the forum will know whether this is down to the record labels sending new material to the database or that someone like Billy Gibbons with a massive following will naturally populate said database as they sort out their music. Anyway i'm going to leave ripping the final four albums for a week or so to try and save having to manually manipulate the metadata.
