Haim,

you may do well to stick with the CD version...

my needle gets stuck in Guilet's violin during the K.502 ! Big Grin

But the other record is fine, and i adore the divertimento best of all.

That CD is just damn too good. Sounds amazing, just like this one:

In 24 bit from HDtracks.

Both recordings are VERY old but sound much better then 99% of the stuff produced today.

Scarily good - both in music and recording quality. Why can't more CDs be up to this sort of standard for heaven's sake?

On Spotify:-

OK +, not sure she has enough of that certain something though. It maybe a "grower", the lyrics are better than some. It's a pretty crowded genre female country(ish).

I note that Spotiy's list of 20 related artists has no one I have heard of!

I'll probably wait until this album is in the 2 for £10 or equivalent.

Just one of my fave ECM's for both music and simplicity of the cover.

Rick Smith (Underworld) "Bungalow with Stairs", (limited edition with Karl Hyde exhibition catalogue)

This could ell be my album of the year, I always wished that Underworld would do an album of their ambient tracks, and this is it. So much better than the europop of 'Barking', which would be my musical biggest disappointment of the year.
