A very impressive symphony with bass solo and bass choir, especialy when reading the texts from Yevgeny Aleksandrovich Yevtushenko.

First listen. Bought a pile of CDs today at seriously discounted prices. This is one of them, Hahn's 2003 recording of the Bach concertos for violin, 2 violins and oboe / violin.

New disc #3. This is spectacular stuff! Mullova was 26 when she recorded these works, amazingly. Both the Tchaikovsky and the Sibelius are among the finest performances I have heard.
