My favourite box set along side Shirley Collins and the Beatles, but better presented - superb music, and great box. Sandy was very special.

You beat me to it...

Started this without looking at the forum-entries first.

Scary, maybe I'm not gonna play Ry the rest of the week. (people might think it's getting serious)

Hi Gary,

I was given it without knowing anything about them, and can understand the mixed reviews. They're kind of like a rockier CSS, but not as good. Just looked on their MySpace for you, and it looks like it has the whole album - 'Tony the Beat' and 'Rock and Roll' are worth a listen, but be prepared for a fair few duff fillers.

The alluring lasses on the cover aren't in the band, btw - they're NY scenesters, Leigh Lezark and Alexis Page.

This, on the other hand, is a work of genius:

Probably the wrong choice of word, H, given its current derogatory use in relation to fixie-riding kids in tight jeans and cardigans (!)

I think they're both models / in a band / DJs, that kind of thing.
