Steely Dan 'Katy Lied', I don't really get this album, probably too slick for me.
Pearl Jam '2009/11/8 Sheperd's Bush, London' (official bootleg from Pearljam.com).
This I do get, although am happy I saw the Manchester show.

A wonderful recording.

That is on cd, can't often find it as the spouse has taken it. Had it for years.

Oh my God. I have spent many, many happy Sunday nights at this particular establishment. Thanks for the memories... Cool

I only went there a few times towards the end of the 90's and my clubbing days, cannot remember much though, so it must have been good Big Grin.

Grace Jones - Island Life

In the style of the much-missed John Peel, right place, right time, wrong speed. Now re-started at 33rpm, and accompanied by a pint of homebrew as the aroma of baking salmon begins to drift through from the kitchen. Sundays are great, aren't they.

I am only recently listening to this album but I am impressed both by the high standard of song writing and the production values or am I listening through "rose coloured headphones"?

A very underrated singer songwriter. His new album Hard Times seems to be another really good disc (only on pre exclusive release at the moment.)
