Thanks Stu. I've got that one as well. Not a four boxed set though !!!

Hi Lontano, sitting just outside Christchurch, South Island, New Zealand, listening to this.

Cheers

PS: If you are ever in this neck of the woods drop in.

Indeed.

When I draw a line from 'Surrealistic Pillow' to "We built this city on Rock & Roll"... blood pours from my ears.

Just a little bit of this before I force myself to sleep. Starting work at 4am is not fun. Frown

Will do. Was there a few years ago doing the South Island tour. Would love to see the place again.

Dylan at the Budokan and recorded in Feb 1978

Nice to hear him rework his early career pieces. Different band and backup singers.

Agalloch - The Mantle

Listening to this on Spotify. Proggy doom metal a bit like Opeth, or, from the "post-rock" side of the equation, "Explosions in the Sky". Adrian - you might like this if you haven't already got it.

Great choice Lontano! Any album with Michael Brecker in it is a little special.

Yes, a great album. Not so cheap anymore either.

A truly great album and possibly only the 3 of us here own a copy. In fact I bought a 2nd CD in case of disaster with my original Roll Eyes. I saw the last Clayhill gig in london, last Sept. The band were great and to hear Gavin Clark sing live was amazing. I hope they resurface somehow, as money (lack of) was their downfall.

If you don't have any Clayhill albums, these are worth looking for...

'Small Circle' and 'Mine At Last' (especially 'one nerve')

At some stage I will seek out Gavin's contributions with U.N.K.L.E.
