I love this 2006 release by the then 65 year old Eric Burdon. Still got a great set of R & B lungs.

Possibly England's greatest ever R & B singer?

(Quite) A bit Rickie Lee Jones, a bit Carole King and smidgeon R'n'B-lite but a very pleasant package overall...

Jono, got distracted first listen and it is now on again. My wife has just said "you don't half listen to some s**t" and "it would be alright if he didn't start wailing".

You can buy with confidence Winker

And you have to sing along and you'll find you Can't Get It Out Of Your Head - it really is quite magnificent - or to quote the great late Fluff - best album of the 70s - not 'arf.

Almost fell asleep at the wheel listening to this!

Electronica with guitars and stuff.

The album goes from heavy beats to more chilled out, but not totally chilled, tracks.

Really enjoying it at the moment.
