Funnily enough Jeff I couldn't get into them. Sold everything I owned by them.


I found out about them through PatK here. And have liked what I have and have heard, but not a band I would be a completist regarding. I think she has an excellent voice and he seems to have great ideas. So similar to Cowboy Junkies to my ear, but I find I like OTR more.

I have no idea why things float our individual boats here,sometimes in common and sometimes not. I am eternally intrigued by it actually.

Quite a band width, for my taste. Some passages are magic, others close to kitsch. Easy food, not challenging, but also not disturbing. All in all, it gets 3-4 out of 5 stars, from me.
