Coming back from my Mexico trip and recovering from food poisoning it just seemed like the right soundtrack for tonight.

Nirvana - Nevermind. On cassette. Reports of a cassette renaissance and a free afternoon saw the TC-K81 wheeled in from the shed and hooked up, just to see what would happen. Slight smell of warming-up electronics, obvious need for new belts, but surprisingly good fun.

He had more hair all the way back then. My copy of that CD has his signature right in the middle of the front cover Smile

Haim, did Pollini record the Etudes twice? I've always believed that the Etudes were recorded in 1972? Maybe the 1985 date was when it was released on CD?
