Diane Birch - Bible Belt, on a drizzly afternoon when the washing won't dry.

It's on spotify for listening. Sounds like europop to me. I thought her last album was pretty good, this new one is not for me but others may enjoy.

Howard - do you have this album from Lee? Now this is seriously cool guitar playing.

No I don't, but will investigate.

Predictably not on Spotify.

His best - there is no smooth in this one - just straight ahead high quality jazz guitar.

MGMT have put all of their new album on their official website today, http://www.whoismgmt.com/, after an (apparently) unauthorised leak:

Also, for anyone who missed it first time around, their first's something of a steal on Amazon just now.

Pink JPN CD, apparently this CD was issued in a variety of colours in Japan.
No reports on whether or not the pink one sounds better than the blue one. Winker

Oliver, how many copies of Sea Change have you got? I only ask as it was released with four different covers, each with different booklets, different cds, and different hidden lyrics underneath the cd tray, of course.

Mine's pink, fwiw. I just put it on - don't think it's from Japan though (!)

Still in first place for my favourite album of the year so far. Really looking forward to the concert this weekend - superb setlist.

Don't think so. Reworked versions in the new style. I think the songs chosen will suit it well. The only track missing is Here Comes the Flood. I love his voice - it will be great to hear all it rawness shining through.
