Dean, After your earlier posts, I found this on Boomkat...
At least a couple of the early tracks make me think of Felix da Housecat, and more recently, Desire, and Nite Jewel (have you heard her album?) Some cool tunes, some great analogue synth sounds, and some 'unusual' vocals - Esplendor Geometrico's Moscú Está Helado is bitchin'!

Just looked up Nite Jewel seems interesting is their music in a The Knife kind of synth pop?
The Felix reference is spot on he is really influenced by 70's & 80's synth music.
There are a few other obscure 70's & 80's analogue synth albums coming out which I'm going to get so watch this space [ ] Glad you like it.

Not much like The Knife, but then, what is? She has more of a laidback, disco sound, I suppose. This review crams in way too many different references, but it's about right.
I have this on cd, the vinyl has a different cover and was sold out when I got it last autumn, I think. Maybe it's had another release since...

It's the most lo-fi recording I've ever known - the tape hiss is unbelievable - there's a few duff tunes, and she can't really sing. Didn't stop it making into a few best-of-last-year lists though. what did he say is a really great track you may already have heard. Check the bassline.

Hi James,
Really pleased you liked it. The last album is all together more dark.
'64-'95.
Would recommend a listen on Amazon or something before considering it. I think it's good, just not the usual Lemon Jelly offering.
Thanks for the post James.
Cheers

Nope as haven't bought it yet and didn't know one was due as it came out Sept last year.
Strange for him to have 2 discs the same year.
Will need to research a little about it in case it is a re issue but don't think it is.
By the way you can get a live album of him solo off his site that hasn't been released officially on any label. Been thinking about buying a copy.

Good move - the sad thing is, this seems to be the only album he ever made. This album seems to be going out of print as well and prices are going up.
