Great album! Great music and great band, too. I own most of their stuff and every album is a new experience. It's my humble and strongly biased opinion that anyone interested in music should give these guys a (loud) listen. I would recommend "Blackwater Park" for a first listening session.

I agree. Can't wait to listen to Opeth on the DBLs again. Where is my 555?

This last batch of music came courtesy of a friend in the Lone Star State.

I'm heading to Belgium to have a crack at the Ronde so a little something to shake off the cobwebs:

Can I indulge in a minor controversy? Probably not the greatest technician or innovator but incredible character and freedom. Ooof!

Underworld, compilation of b-sides, mostly from the 'Pearl Girl' singles. Wonderful tracks that didn't fit with the feel of 'Second Toughest in the Infants', but there are some real gems there, mostly more melodic, and less driving than the album tracks.

Good page for Underworld releases to see what is out there, just about as much on single release as on the albums, and that is not counting the remixes by others included on the b-sides.

Discovered thanks to... a hire car with a DAB radio....lots of channels with nothing worse listening too... then found 'Planet Rock'. After listening for a while, during a few not-so-great tracks, they played In My Time Of Dying (by Led Zeppelin) in its entirity. A few tracks later they played a track from this - Track 12 - Blue & Evil. Who the heck is this I thought....? Joe Bonamassa said the DJ. So I bought it. Very nice it is, too..!
