I like it. Very, very different to Que Alegria. This is two drummers, electric bass and McLaughlin working out over the top of it. Quite electric and a little funky (not sure that is the best word to use).

Anyway, I bought a ticket to see this band in a couple of weeks as I enjoyed this disc.

Not sure what other McLaughlin you have but if you like Que Alegra, the Royal Festival Hall album if you do not have it is very good.

The videos here will give you a good idea of the new album.
