Don't know why but I decided to listen to this album for the first time in years , not a huge Queen fan but this is very good , aged well .

This is a fantastic "real" live album (no overdubs!)..

Aynsley Lister is a fabulous live act.

Natalie Merchant - Selections from the Album Leave Your Sleep

The single CD version. This is what I get for not paying attention when ordering. Roll Eyes

I wasn't too sure about this one to start with but I've come to like it a great deal.

Fink - Sort Of Revolution

His voice reminds me of Gavin Clark from Sunhouse/Clayhill.

I'll play again and compare against Gavin. It was a memorable last Clayhill concert I saw last year in London. Hopefully Gavin and Ted Barnes can find a way to make music and money together again soon.

Just released are tracks from last years KCRW Live Sessions, available here. You can watch the original 'Morning Becomes Eclectic' sessions here

Daniel Lanois and Jimi Hendrix covers are OK AFAIK.

Looks like it's going to be a boob, free for all?

What's the Shelby Lynne album like?

I love Erin McKeown's work. A real melting pot of styles. Wonderful.

I knew I should not have provoked you guys, waking sleeping dogs and so on. Big Grin

I only played two tracks so far and liked them, will give it a full listen later tonight. I'm just quickly screening through all the new stuff that arrived while I was on the road.

Indeed! I came upon Iron & Wine (via the Woman King EP) only a year ago, have since bought the lot and can't stop listening.
