Thanks for posting this. Listening to the samples on MySpace now and sounds hauntingly nice Smile. I recognised her name from the guest appearance on heligoland.

Coming to the end of that track right now and it is so good. I love well recorded live jazz albums and this is one. I am also playing it today on my CD5X, Nait 5i, Neat Motive 2's and am gobsmacked at how good this system sounds in my music den. Nice rainy day which makes for good music listening Smile

Thanks Huw and Adrian.
I should have noticed the voice on Trinity Revisited. I have always enjoyed Natalie, there, but never investigated who she was. The downside of iTunes and no covers to read.

Now - consciously - (and after a long and satisfying MTB tour) the right stuff:

Christophe,
amazing how many Jazz heros we share…

Chico Freeman was amongst the first "real" Jazz artists I bought. I still play "Spirit Sensitive" - my first CF record (now on CD) often.

cheers
Stefan

Just checked and I have no Chico in the collection something I need to address, although he does play along on this album now spinning.

Gordon,

What do you think of her?

She received excellent reviews in the press here. I have her disc "Notes From the Village" but I don't find myself listening to it too often.
