Concertos for two, three, and four harpsichords from this mighty recording. Does it get any better?

Now this is Jazz I can really dig.

Good choice Dean. Have you tried the other albums the "Colours" band did - Yellow Fields and Little Movements?

Re Rush albums what Lontano said.
Some additional observations:-
Some people have trouble with Geddy Lee's Voice, I find it adds to their style so much,it changes over time to be come less "strident/high', but I almost look on them as an instrumental band, they are 3 fantastic musicians.
The first Rush album Rush had John Rutsey, replaced on later albums by Neil Peart.
The nesxt 2 Fly By Night and Caress of Steel, were still tending to their heavier rock style for some of the track, but many of the "proggy" style tracks were coming through and they still play many of them live still.
2112 is the "classic" prog concept album.
They have released many Live albums, All the Worlds a Stage,Exit..Stage Left, Show of Hands, Rush in Rio and Snakes & Arrows all very good (noisy audience on R In R)
Hemispheres and Permanent Wave are both good albums
Moving Pictures is excellent , includes the amazing YYZ.
Signals and Grace Under Pressure I like but their style is changing, this is the beginning of their so called "keyboards" era.
I am a fan as you may gather and have all their main albums, but as I just discovered a2009 release of the 1984 Grace tour has been released.

''I am a fan as you may gather'' lol.
Your enthusiasm is infectious. I'm off out on search tomorrow to see what may be found. Odd though, I hadn't thought of Spirit of Radio for a longtime, and now i must have it.
Thanks for the pointers, Paul.

No Adrian I haven't seen any others on my travels. I'm, as some know, a record shop lover so I don't buy on the web and usually wait to see if anything pops up in the many S/H record shops I visit and upto now I haven't seen any other Eberhard Weber records or many ECM vinyl albums. But thanks for the names of those albums I'll keep my eye out for them as I really like this style of Jazz compared to the more tradition stuff.

Adrian,
I saw him live (without the dog) last year and really enjoyed the performance.

Haim - I bet he was good. He plays London often but I have never seen him solo playing his stuff. Saw him twice with others (Joe Lobano/Paul Motian and Ornette Coleman). Those performances intrigued me so next time he is here I will go.
Hope your snow shovelling is going well - 14 inches not bad - more than we got and we have all ground to a halt.
Cheers

Been playing this old fave a lot recently.

Extras disc from the 1976-1982 box set. I love this disc as it has a load of great b sides from the singles of the time that I used to play loads back then.
