Got an hour before going off to work. I'll join you with this: Winker

Not my favourite Miles album, but still a fantastic album to listen to anytime of the day.

Hi Ewen

I only got to see them live twice but remember the occasions vividly. The first was the Cravedog Family Picnic in 1998 and they were the second day opening act - not many initially paying attention, but they would not let you ignore their skills and synergy.

The second was an intimate small theatre gig that was part of a Women In Music celebration - this night Tracy stepped to the fore and just blew me away.

Hope you and Mon are well,
Jeff A

Would have loved to have seen them. I have 3 of their albums but maybe should just go and pick up the rest. Thanks for asking re Mon she is suffering a bit just now with a major return of her back probs. But each step at a time.
Give Heidi my best wishes.

i have just given this a little listen on spotify. ali - doesn't this give you a headache? Winker

This is what got me into Naim in the first place (when I heard naim for the first time) On lesser kit it does indeed give a headache, but on Naim it's good fun Smile

It's also one of the albums I use to test hi-fi. It easily shows up weaknesses and the hip hop beats won't sound "right" and "alive", and the fun won't be there in lesser kit.

It doesn't make my top 10 either.

One of the truly classic albums of all time, you need to enjoy this if you haven't already.

I have this on CD, SACD and Vinyl

Brings back memories of my teens! Used to have it on cassette but never replaced it after it got chewed up by the Walkman. I also enjoyed this way back then:

Especially 'Shake the Disease'.
