Do you know of any other albums from your huge catalogue with such unique titles?
Now you're asking. I'll let you know if any come to mind...
Sorry. Had to ask. It is just too hilarious. Little twists of the English language are some of the great pleasures in life.

Adrian,
How on earth do you uncover these gems? Very nice. I just heard it on Amazon and immediately put it in my shopping basket. I am also looking at 'Ma L'amore No' and 'Improvised Forms of Trio'. The latter, is very nice too but there are not sample of the former. What are your views on 'Ma L'amore No'?

Haven't seen this posted before by anyone (apologies if someone has) This lady is a real talent with a lovely soulful voice. Sounds a little like Tracy Chapman.
Cheers

I've had this album for years now. Always love the first couple of tracks best. Pieranunzi has a huge catalogue. Ma L'Amore No (not a fan of the vocals) and Improvised Forms for Trio are not my faves.
If you are going to buy Seaward, you might want to buy this boxset that comes with Seaward and five other albums for not much more money (comes with Ma L'Amore No).
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Comple...id=1276156331&sr=1-4
Then after that I would look at Current Conditions, Ballads, Morricone 1 and 2, Special Encounter, First Song (with Charlie Haden), Trasnoche......

Thanks Adrian. Amazon should pay you commission for all the business you are sending their way.

Been listening mostly to one Malaysian singer today: Sheila Majid
The title of the album in Malay is 'Emosi' which mean 'Emotion' in English.
She has many jazz-pop albums, but this is my favourite. This one made it to No.1 in Japan, a feat not matched by any other Malaysian artist until today.

Also listened to this:
The title of the album in Malay is 'Ratu', which means 'Queen' in English. The title of the album refers to her daughter who is the apple of her eye. This is also a jazz-pop album. Rex Goh who used to be a part of Air Supply plays guitar on at least one track.

And this:
The title of the album in Malay is 'Warna' which means 'Colour' in English.
This album is famous for a Josie Thomas track on which he also accompanies Sheila on guitars. He has fantastic chops and is also known as the lead guitar player for the experimental jazz fusion band Asiabeat which was founded by Lewis Pragasam (one of the great drummers from this region).

Last one:
In Malay, the title of the album 'Legenda' means 'Legend' in English. This is a reference to the late great P. Ramlee, the nations premier actor / singer / composer / director. The album is a jazz / R&B tribute to songs which he composed and made famous through his movies.
