Erykah Badu's latest:

Very nice when played loudly in the car. Nice 'phat' bass. Can't wait to hear it on the Supernait later tonight.

After the experimentation of the previous album, Miss Badu returns to her roots with this. A very nice / highly enjoyable album that is in a similar vein to her first two albums: 'Baduizm' and 'Mama's Gun'. Thank god for neo-soul, one of the few things on the charts worth listening to these days.

Interesting album for the ECM fans round here. Mats Eilertsen has appeared on a few good albums - Tord Gustavsen Restored, Returned, Wolfert Brederode Currents, Jacob Young Sideways, Trygve Seim The Source....

Here is is out on his own including Tore Brunborg who has appeared with Tord Gustavsen, Ketil Bjornstad, Arild Andersen, Manu Katche.

Good review in the Guardian.

Life Is Sweet (Album Version)
Life Is Sweet (Daft Punk Remix)

Life Is Sweet (Remix 1)
Life Is Sweet (Remix 2)

Virgin 12" Record @ 1995

Not my teacup really but it came in that big boxful of vinyl i purchased for a tenner a couple of years ago... cleaned up very nicely and plays well but the music suffers from unimaginative percussion.
