If you like that album then try Eliza Gilkyson- Hard Times in Babylon (brilliant album) as Chris's vocal phrasing sounds at times very close to Eliza's. Try listening to the last track Sanctuary- stunning.

Jeff if you haven't heard the Eliza album yet as well it is an absolute must for you. Think you and Heidi will love it.[/QUOTE]

Thanks, Ewen, I will check out Eliza.

Yet more vinyl... Big Grin

Lots of pops and crackles on the last one!

Anyone else got 'Scratch My Back' on vinyl, what is yours like?

I am pretty certain my copy is good. I will give a spin soon to double check. This is released on Classic records who I am unusually unimpressed with and tend to stay away from.

'Morph the Cat' is a great album. Is it your favourite Donald Fagen album?

I only have this and The Nightfly.

The Nightfly is still my fav... Smile

Cool In my list of top ten albums of all time.

'Kamakiriad' is pretty good too, especially when one is on a road trip in an exotic car! Winker

Cool My current favourite. The vinyl is just too bloody expensive.

Thanks Lontano,

Shame really because it sounds fantastic apart from the crackles & pops.
It got too bad by the time I got to 'Flume' and I had to take it off!!

Superb all through this set.

Started at 5, now at 2.

Easy to become addicted to this Baroque business.

And I am....
