A very underrated singer songwriter Jeff.
Agreed. And the guitar work is pretty nice, as well. Listened to him a lot on vinyl in the day, this is the only one I now have after seeing it posted here a few months ago.

Hadn't heard this before Jeff but it sounds quite good. The last I heard about Wally was that he wasn't that good. David Lindley was collecting funds for him.
I believe Wally had a rough period of illness but he and Jerry have done a lot of shows this spring as a duo and they play together in Stockholm Syndrome with Eric MacFadden, Dave Schools (Widespread Panic) and Danny Louis (Govt Mule).
I like everything Jerry does, so I am biased. This was released June 1.

Saw them on the opening night of the Euro tour for this album Stu. Still one of the worst gigs I have ever been to but it is a classic album.
Where was that gig?
Stu
Glasgow SECC, sure Michael said it was the first night of the tour. Sound was atrocious as it kept cutting out and they weren't much better.

Just checked the INXS site for the actual date. It was the 22/6/88 and it was the first night of the European tour. I see some pillock has posted on the site that it was a great gig. Certainly wasn't the same one I was at.

How good is that man?
Its not a question.
Its just a great bit or music
Stu
I am a big fan of Bill Deasy who I found years back when Michael Stanley covered one of his songs. Unfortunatley, he rarely leaves Pennsylvania.
Apparently Rich Jacques was in a successful Pittsburgh band and when they broke up he moved to LA and made a living doing music for ads, tv shows, etc. Whenever Bill would be in LA they would get together and write, which led to the fist TJA disc several years ago. Two quality musicians doing the rock/pop thing very tastefully.
Pleased you like it, it was released Monday past.

I love Boulevard,
It was because of Tourist i bought it.
Tourist for me is a BLUE NOTE wonder on double vinyl/double cd and single cd.
Its one of my fave albums and gets played a few times every week.
Try and get your hands on this 10 cd box set?![]()
Stu
I love 'Tourist' too, but I love 'Boulevard' even more. I have the double CD version of 'Tourist'.
Thanks for the tip. I will try to look out for the limited edition box.
